I had purchased my Moto e4 a few days back but the next day it started to hang frequently .when I approached to service centre of Motorola they took the phone and kept with them for 2 days .And when I got my mobile back it started to hang again I showed them the same but they didn’t even respond to it.They again took the phone and said they will fix it within 6 days
But after getting the phone it wasn’t fix at all services center people said that they have updated my phone but they did not even did a single work on it as because if they have updated my phone it would have formated but it wasn’t I checked my data it was as same as before giving it to them. I request you people to solve it as soon as possible
