Moto g 4 is a good mobile under 13k it has good camera , good battery life , working on stock android , best UI , looks very stylish, getting fast update , it has many good things but it has bad thing also heat up fast , in some cases it jang also , no fast charge , not a big loud speaker , zero safty, not a value for money smartphone , if you want to buy best phone under 15k then you have LEECHO LE 2 , REDMI NOTE 3 AND REDMI NOTE 4
