I purchased thee phone on 3rd of July. I thought it would be nice experience but it is Constantly rebooting in a loop.
Heats up when playing games, watching videos, using the camera or anything that crunches the CPU.
The phone is a pleasure when not in the boot loop so it’s a shame that this is so. I like the camera too.
The solution seems to be a hard reset and re-plugging the turbo charger. Note that I have not changed the phone in any way or installed any apps outside of what I had on my previous Android phone.
I have called customer support several times, The Motorola support center has been advising a wipe or factory reset Every time I call.
