Its been a month I submitted my handset to Motorola auth. service center complaint was booked under Work order no. LPT/MG/15/06658 post that neither are telling me how long will it take to resolve the issue nor they are replacing my handset.
I called to Motorola customer serve as well but fail to get any positive response from them, they lodged a complaint but no action till date.
Very bad post sale service experience. specially Lajpat Nagar service Technocare employees have no sense how to talk with customer.
