Lenovo today launched the Moto G4 Play in India.The smartphone is priced at Rs 8, 999 and will be going on sale via Amazon India at 10:00PM IST. As the name suggests, the Moto G4 Play is essentially a toned down version of the Moto G4 and the Moto G4 Plus. While the overall design and the water-repellant nano coating is retained.
The Moto G4 Play flaunts a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) display with 294ppi and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor paired with Adreno 306 GPU. The smartphone also comes with 2GB of RAM, and 16GB internal storage.
It has 8-megapixel rear camera with flash and 5-megapixel selfie camera with 2800 mAh.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth 4.1LE and A-GPS. On the software front, the smartphone runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1.
