If you are undecided and looking for an android phone under 15000, I would recommend Moto G4 plus. Although I consider Redmi note 3 ( 32 gb) a best budget smartphone but Moto G4 plus is also a good choice after Redmi note 3.
The cameras of moto G4 plus are really great. It has qualcomm snapdragon 617 so its performance is also good. As we all know that Motorola is a respectable brand and its great that Moto is giving 2 gb RAM, 16 mp camera and snapdragon 617 in 13500. So Moto G4 plus is a good deal in my opinion.
