Dear Team,
I have submitted my mobile for issue on 31 Oct 2016 to Digital Communication, Motorola authorized service center in Chennai . Till 04 Nov 2016, they were not able to create the Job sheet. On following up regularly they said, I might receive a message by evening. Post Job sheet 15 working days will be needed to resolve the issue. Very Pathetic service.
More importantly, I would not suggest to enter the Motorola service center. Highly disorganized and no courtesy or professionalism in responding customer. Really dont have a clue to escalate the process and about the service. Motorola G4 plus Product as such a great one, except this issue I have faced no complaints. Because of service center I strong believe Market share may go down to great extend.

Service is Poor and Not able to find the escalation process or approach to reach Motorola direct customer service. No email or Phone to take it forward.
