I wish I could have given more stars to it because I liked the phone so much as per the features. High performance. Zero Lag in opening apps even after installing many apps. Amazon’s service was also commendable. 5 star for for that.
But the reliability is not up to the mark due to following reasons.
(In my case) The phones’s USB jack is not working properly after just a month of use.
Fault in USB jack, doesn’t connect with laptop in first attempt.
Fault in battery charging. It does not charge with any other charger properly but only Motorola’s Turbo Charger supplied with the device.
Battery malfunction
Shows charging icon even when it is NOT charging
doesn’t charge via any other geenric charger but only turbo charger.
very low back up of battery. Sudden anytime turn off.
Poor Service Center. Unable to rectify it.
