Well the fourth generation of the moto series comes with a sleek design powerpacked in a 3000 mah battery which is utilised by the phone very wisely resulting into a full day normal usage. The main focus of the device is on the camera with some extraordinary features which we hardly find in any phone under the same budget like OIS and laser focus. The ram has also improved over the first gen to a 3 gb ram variant with 32 gigs of storage. Well the processor is not that good ( The Snapdragon 417) , but suffucient. There is a slight change in the speaker positioning and now the earpiece is the speaker on the phone. As it is a motorola device , it comes with a base stock android experience and some extra feautures provided by google. Overall the device is sufficiently good for normal usage and under budget.
