I had given my Motorola Moto G4 Plus mobile handset for service, problem is mic stopped working. It’s 2 months now and the handset is still with the service centre. All it needs is the board it seems and there is no update about the spare part for the past 2 months. Buying it on March’16 using it for only 8 months and have given it to service. Is this supposed to be the life quality of a product?pls be careful
