Moto G5 Plus review after using 7 days

The Moto G5 Plus features a 5.2 inch IPS LCD display with a full-HD resolution for an impressive 424ppi pixel density. It has Corning Gorill Glass protection. After using the Moto G5 Plus, I felt that the screen is good enough for video, movies and games. Sunlight eligibility is decent and viewing angles are good too. This phone packs a 2 GHz octa-core Snapdragon processor. This phone is powered by a 3000 mAh battery, and supports Turbo Power fast charging. It runs on Android Nougat. The Moto G5 Plus has 12 megapixel rear camera with f/1.7 aperture and 5 megapixel front camera with f/2.2 aperture.

So, after all,

The 12 megapixel rear camera is capable of recording 4k videos at 30 fps, and also get full-HD video recording at 30 and 60 fps. 4k video looks better than full-HD video. The rear camera captured very good results in all sorts of situation. The front camera surprised me with its colour accuracy with adequate light, but results were just average in low light situation.

Moto G5 Plus has a 3000 mAh battery, which is lasted up to 16 - 18 hours of mixed usage.

Its speaker is not too much loud and also not too much clear.

Its Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor works very smoothly. No lagging problem after heavy usage. But it heated too much at the heavy usage.

So, overall, I think Moto G5 Plus can be your daily driver, and will not disappoint in terms of performance.

Pros - Good build quality - Good camera - Powerful processor - Turbo charging support - Quick fingerprint sensor.

Cons - Heating issue - Loudspeaker is not very good.
