Sound reception: the sound clarity of moto m is bad getting low sound when the phone is ringing .sometimes ringtones are not working
user friendly:this phone is not as all user friendly .no preset or no restart .

looks and feel: the looks of moto m are good and feel safe with password that unique by finger grip option
value for money: it is available only in online sites with a price of 17, 999. butt its bad in working like if u want to look pic it takes to make pic clear and clarity and many more problems as sound etc.
my opinion is its a waste of money and not o buy
