I purchased a Motorola X Play, White color phone. Unfortunately, the screen broke. I went to the Lenovo service center in Gurgaon asking for a repair. I was told to come after 15 days, as they didn’t have spares. After 15 days, I called up again, but there were no replacements . I was willing to give my phone and ask for a replacement, that also didnt happen.
Then I called up again after 15 days. Still the same answer. No spareparts for the next 15 days. Please get in touch after 15 days.
I did a big mistake having bought this phone.
Will never buy a Motorola again.
