Moto x play what can I say, the build is sturdy strong and fantastic, you put a magpie cover as suggested by Sharmaji Technical on youtube and your phone is indestructible.
Never forget moto was the first to bring in android to the world in smartphones so it is obvious that updates and processor will work up to date and you will get them in no time.
Camera definitely is a great improvement over all the moto devices excellent rear camera, but front camera without the flash is a little Dissapointing for me.
Ram for some people might be a disappointment as huawei mate 8 is coming with 4gb and Asus already has a 4gb not to forget that one plus two also has it. But let me remind you even if this device does not pack the maximum ram it does run the apps and functions as smooth as butter.
Advice personally is to pay 1500 extra and get the 32gb variant as your apps inside will increase and as they increase you need some space on your internal storage to handle the same. Not to mention it does have an external storage up to 128gb
6.And marshmallow will also be available soon and it does have a feature connected with moto to make the external storage the internal storage of your device so then your issue of storage is solved and you are sorted forever.
Nothing to say about the battery except that it’s a beast, lasts long with good usage, it lasts around two days if you are a normal working person and use your cell frequently but not much, but a college going heavy user and gamer can also last the same up to 1 and a half day easily.
Phone doesn’t get heated up if that’s a querry which people have. Gesture are useful but slowly it turns out to be a gimmicks and people don’t use them much but nonetheless all the gestures on moto x play work in a superb manner.
9.It’s water resistant not water proof so water if spilled the device can take it, or else if you dip it it’s going to get damaged badly but slowly.
Gaming at huge games like nova 3 or modern combat or something of that level needs to be kept at optimum settings unfortunately it cannot take it to the maximum settings there is a slight but noticeable frame drop.
But let me tell you this device is worth the money because I haven’t seen anyone in my entire lifetime who has used a moto device and regretted it. The trust you get from moto the customer service absolutely excellent. And if you are asking whether this is a future proof phone or not then don’t worry at all, I have friends who are using the first moto x even today and let me tell you it still works like a charm and buttery as u mentioned earlier.
The camera is impressive as I mentioned earlier but I cannot show u samples here because I’ve to search the entire gallery for that. Sorry
If you are willing to spend on a future proof phone of which you will get a reasonable resale value go for this one it’s definitely worth using on a long run and not only a long run, a smooth buttery long run
And not to forget that in the future u will get a good resale value on olx or quikr( not at local salesman)
