Hi I am one of the buyer from your website who brought a Motorola X Play, after buying the product I called up Flipkart and informed about a problem with the headphone jack and asked for an exchange, but the customer care rejected the request saying that they have done a random check of some software and everything looks good, I again and again precisely informed saying that it was a hardware issue so how can you resolve it from sitting somewhere in Bangalore, Now I have a problem with the headphone jack and storage slot as well.
This shows how pathetic services are you offering, I really wonder what kind of people have you selected at your Customer care who cant even talk to there customers, For a product worth 17k I have spent my hard earned money and if you cant give a return worth of it, you dont have any rights to sell such faulty products, I also understand that products are not made by you or there are chances of receiving a bad product, but what will be the ratio? I have been fooled by Flipkart and Motorola.
I have sent my phone at Motorola service centre on 12th Dec, it has been more than 2 weeks and I still have not received the phone. Such is the service from a brand which was the first to introduce mobiles. It has been a very frustrating experience and I urge people to avoid shopping from your website. Also will raise an official complaint with Consumer Court against you and Motorola for the same.
