Heavy phone with heavy speces

I was waiting for Google nexus 6 for its availability since long and purchased it as soon as it became available on Flipkart.

Broad specifications are very attractive as it almost 6" display, 3GB RAM, 32 GB internal memory with 13 MP rear camera, 3200 non removable mAh battery. There is no scope for enhancement of the external memory.

The box packaging is very good and as soon as opened the box, the device is just come to your hands. Apart from the device, the box contains one turbocharger and one moto headsets. A beautiful sim removal pin is also provided in between the paper work.

The built quality is awesome and only having two physical buttons, one for power on/off and another is volume rocker on the right middle side. The device contains dual speakers and the nano single sim compartment is at the top of the device.

Top of the device also contains 3.5 mm jack and bottom of the device contains micro USB port. No physical button or any other position on the left side of the device. The back of the device is equipped with a 13 megapixel camera and nexus with moto dimple. The camera of the device is rounded with a dual LED ring flash. The device is sufficiently rounded from the back side therefore to protect the device from the scratches on the back side; it is recommended to use supportive back cover. Overall the built quality is nice and attractive. I have chosen cloud white colour but still the front of the device is black on the screen corner portions. The device is covered with a metal ring frame and gives a feel of perfect grip on the hands.

As soon as I power on the device, Google mark illuminated and carries to the world of android lollipop 5.0. At the first boot, it asks for NFC transfer of the data from old device and obtains all the data and applications of the old device. Experience of lollipop 5.0 is very good but the only lacking for creation of the folders in the app drawer therefore, one has to keep all the apps scattered.

Brightness of the phone is very good and the system does not lag on any operation of the phone. The operation buttons are provided on the bottom side of the screen and unlike kitkat the home, back and details operation buttons are not placed on the below of the screen. The phone is equipped with two front speakers one is on the top and another on the bottom which gives a good sound quality of the phone.

The 13MP camera is providing nice quality photos both on the day light and flash light. At the maximum zoom also, the photo pixels do not tear up. The front camera is only 2 MP but I found picture quality of front camera also up to the mark.

The notification style of the android lollipop is absolutely fresh and the pending notifications appear on screen even if the phone is locked. One can view the notifications by just scroll down from any of the screen and by scrolling once more; the quick setting panel appears with quick direct setting buttons.

The phone is having weight of 184 gms which is quite heavier due to long screen size of the phone. As, earlier to this phone, I was using Sony xperia z ultra having 6.4” screen, therefore, using and holding this phone may be felt a bulky device in comparison to other devices.

Even though I will recommend this phone.
