The first piece of Motorazr that I had gave few problems. But the service guys have promptly replaced the set and this one works really cool. A master piece to have with its looks.
The UCOM and Motorola service guys have been really patient and good enough to hear the complaint and act on it very fast. I got a completely new piece for my defected piece and that shows the World Class service that Motorola offers.
Really I am very pleased with its service. Even the top management people have listened to the complaint and action was really fast.
A good phone to really have and if you ever run into any sort of trouble please believe me that the service guys are really good.
So ever if you run into any sort of trouble with your motorola phone do walk into their service centre and get the problem rectified pretty fast.
Overall I would suggest to try out the phone and enjoy its looks
