Its a real bad product can be termed as father of motokrzr.There will be some continuous sound coming in form ear-piece, that they say is coming because of high resolution display.bah really bad logic and bad technology then.And if by god’s grace your set gets down, just go and see how good are any of motorola service centers !! Its better to go to some Government office, it would be cleaner and more user friendly than Motorola’s service center people.
The whole service center work is outsourced to different repairing agencies who work on the ideology of "Its your wish to get ur set repaired and if the set has got down its your bad luck, Motorola is nowhere to be blaimed !! " My set has got down 2nd time within 8 months of buying it.Just after 2 months the whole set was down, they changed ear piece, changed the whole buggy software etc etc.
Then now again after 5 months the whole Motherboard of this set has got down and the stinking noida service center people are making me to run for getting it repaired from last 8 days.A totally worthless product and a totally shitty customer service!!Moto Sucks !!Really shitty experience with this company
