The T190 is a fantastic mobile. have been using it for the past 3 years and not a problem has occured till now. I’ll list the fantastic features it has, which may not be present in similar priced Nokias.
Sleek and small and neat. Transparent Blue and White colors.
Ppl think that the antenna is bad, but its a boon. It recieved signals in villages where the Nokia 1100 could not.(same operator).
All regular phone/sms features, including Templates/icon messaging/extended sms (765 char)
Supports unlimited user conference calls (i have done 15 user conf)
U can access phonebook/messages while on call/conf
Neat Display
Back/Select keys may be opposite to Nokia’s, but they r correctly placed. As in any browser/site, back is on left and forward/select on right. Nokia is all wrong.
Very easy 2 use Smart Input (better than T9)
The built-in ringtones are good too. And they can be set 2 be loud enough to be heard in another room.

Has a Daily/One-time Alarm setting
Network/Band selection is manual/auto. Supports Triband.
Supports a lot of languages too.
Three built-in games.. Tetris/BoxWorld/Snake.. the best and most competitive Snake I’ve ever come across. BoxWorld is just simply mind-wrackingly cool.
Has a customizable 9-menu Quick access menu.
Call records/barring/divert/waiting setup
Call cost calculator(network dependent)
Supports Broadcast and Sim Menu.
Very easy 2 get used to the keys.
Excellent security features in PIN lock, Phone Lock and SIM lock facility.
Supports Auto Keylock too.
For the amount u pay, its a steal. Lets not compare it with the high-end models. The only minus points are :
