I have just recently joined Mouthshut and was trying to encourage some of my friends to join. They are turned off by the fact that you have get so many points and wait for 6 months to get paid.
So this is kind of a crap shoot. I did not find where it sez how much money the points are worth. I have emailed the company and have not yet received a response. Although this is the weekend and in their behalf they probably have no staff to answer my question.
I like the way they email you and alert you. Some of the other things that I like are the fact that you get credit for reading and rating and writing. Now the BIG question is, is the credit really going to be worth it. Or after 6 months of writing is everyone going to be able to purchase a baseball cap at the Mouthshut store. And why is it called mouthshut when it should be called mouths open. If you are speaking your mind, your mouth is not shut.
These are a few of the questions that I would like answered. Please comment if you know the answer to any of these. This site does have some nice features and unlike some other sites they do seem to work.

As you can all see in the comment section of this review, the ceo answered some of my concerns and also they have sent a newsletter out informing everyone of their plans. This is a good start. Unlike some of the sites that change their formula in mid stream.
Please dont ruin the sites with rating circles. It is not hard to tell by the number of hits that you get that you are in a reading or rating circle . Play the game fair and you will be rewarded.
