\Whenever I use go out on streets of Bangalore I use to see autos running with advertisements of MouthShut.com. I always make my mind to visit this website next day at office but never did that until I felt it necessary to share my experience on Bajaj XCD. I wrote ’Honest Review’ on Bajaj XCD and that review is read by many(around 4000).
MouthShut is nice place to share our experiance about any Product or Service. I thought that this website’s main intention is to bring Cutomers concerns to the suppliers of Products or Services! But, now I am feeling that this website is nothing but another Community Website where you can Make Friends, Share your thoughts in Diaries, write reviews!
Okay, about my review on Bajaj XCD..few people commented on it. After that nothing happened. Finally I went to Bajaj Customer Care and they resolved my issue. Now I came to know that MouthShut is just a place where you can make people aware of Products and Services in your way. MouthShut does not do anything for the customers problems.
Instead of writing reviews on MouthShut if every one goes to consumer forum and gives written complaint then I think that will make a huge difference. Writing reviews on MouthShut will helps only those who are familiar with the Internet. MouthShut should have filled this gap. It can take customers concerns forward to the corporates. Instead of doing that MouthShut is now giving its place for Corporates to promote their Products and Services(*
You can use MouthShut Market Place to sell your products-Its ad floating on MouthShut’s website).*MouthShut has thousands of visitors daily. Obviously it is earning lot of money from the ads and from corporate Blogs. Points we earn is to send Virtual gifts to MS members( "dekho aur khush ho jao" message to me by MouthShut CEO).
Still I would like to continue writing on MouthShut as it helps me to share my experiences with the Products and Services from which one can take out the average openions about the product and make a decision.Today I was just going through my old reviews and I found that one post on Manashosting is missing. I wrote that post in my early days to MS. I was really very much dissappointed with Manashosting’s bad service. But now its shock for me to know that MS has removed my post without my knowledge! How could MS do that? MS should not shut our mouths liuke this. Is any one listening there?
