I’ve been a loyal customer to Croma for 5-6 years, spending over ₹;8-10 lakhs on various products. However, my latest experience was a nightmare. I purchased several items, including a Samsung washing machine, Philips juicer mixer, and Philips air fryer. But, I received a different Faber gas stove instead of the one I ordered.
When I reported the issue, the staff was uncooperative and rude. Despite showing them the wrong item and asking them to check CCTV footage, they denied any mistake. The person named Vikas was particularly arrogant and unhelpful.
Late delivery, wrong item, and poor customer service - this was my worst experience with Croma. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be shopping here again. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
