Being an active mouthshut reviewer, I installed the application from the playstore in order to be more Flexible with my reviews!
Let me clear myself at the beginning:
These errors except the location thing, are not permanent!
Sometimes the app behaves abnormally and sometimes it works absolutely well!
When I open the app it says Turn on Network Settings which I think is mandatory as when I don’t turn on the location services for the app, the app didn’t load!
Coming on the Home screen, Few options works fine like when I press the message tab, it loads properly and updates the inbox properly, When I press the tab’YOU’ the screen redirects to my profile, and the MS points tab works fine and shows me the updated points.
BUT,
when I move around the categories, sub categories the app automatically shut offs within 1 minute!
when I press the notifications tab in my profile, it loads for a moment and then the app automatically shut offs!
When I scroll down the feeds in the home section, a few scroll upwards and suddenly the app shut downs/same is the case with people you follow tab!
At the end it always says: Unfortunately, Mouthshut has stopped!
One more thing that I feel disappointed about is the APP on the phone and the Website are not well synchronized with my account!
My app shows I have 1 draft but when I login via laptop, there are no drafts!
Mouthshut team, you are doing a wonderful job but you desperately need to improve with the mobile application and fix the problem asap!
