Platforms such Mouthsut should and increasingly are, being taken seriously by product/ service providers as a real time indicator of their delivery performance.
*Like many others, I use Mouthshut as a point of reference before making any serious purchase decision. But the buck doesn’t stop at just that.’Mouthshut’ is not only an avenue for customers to share notes to facilitate a purchase decision, but also an immensely empowering tool for the consumers.
I have personally experienced that on MS with a particular product issue which failed to draw results after 3 months of relentless pursual but finally yielded a resolution within less than 5 days flat, of posting the experience on MS.
Congrats to the team at Mouthshut for such a brilliant concept and the admiration grows manifold more becasue of the way the idea is executed and sustained relentlessly.
