Over a hundred reviews on board, several hundreds of reviews read, scores of readers cultivated and an equal number of writers added to my list of do-reads, I could say with some confidence that I am someone on MouthShut. Surprisingly often, someone or the other writes something flattering about me!
Some write that my reviews make them think, some say they make them laugh and some others applaud me in general? but I have never really been frank in m praise for others, never really open or overt. So, now, I present before you those of my favourite people on MouthShut.com whose names I can mention without writing a review bordering on being an epic?
Sujata didi (Afrank): Sujata Didi is, by far, one of my most favourite and my dearest friend on MouthShut. The reason I say that is, prima facie, her reviews. They always strike a conversation with the reader; yet inform people a great deal. They have the personal touch that not even the best of us can accomplish but still they have what a good review should have. Strongly opinionated critics have acclaimed some of her reviews unnecessarily, but Didi has not had any fear; she will continue to express herself and should do that if you ask me: a daring I confess, I lack in spite of all this time I?ve spent here. Read her reviews for her honesty, her cheerfulness, and her warmth and for a pleasurable packet of information.
Tanmay Da (cool_tanmay): Emotionally charged at times and as comfortable as a hornet in its nest at others, Tanmay is an enigmatic character, and a very nice enigma at that! He has strong opinions about things and good ones. Once more, being honestly interested readers of each other, my admiration for him is purely out of his reviews. I?m always waiting for his next! Although, a lot of his reviews speak of his heartthrob whom he calls ?Pari?, none of his reviews go as haywire in love as mine do when I talk about Tina. That takes some smartness, and Tanmay Da has it!
Sonika Didi (akisha): Enthusiastic, well-informed and elucidative in her style, Didi is another member I like to read. The noticeably things about her review is a mystical mirth gamboling about a packet full of information?unique indeed. Probably less sharply opinionated than most of us, her reviews strike me as balanced and thoughtfully analyzed. She also makes it a point to leave none of my reviews unread! What I appreciate about her most is how freely she speaks; I never get the feeling that Sonika Didi is telling me something after a lot of calculated thinking. She speaks out what she wants, and I absolutely adore such people!
Barney Da (jai_coer): A regular reader of mine and a selective and choosy writer, Barney Da sums up to all those things I associate with my hitherto make-believe elder brother who I pretended I was living with. Having said that, let me mention he is also an honest critic of mine and can point out flaws in the same sweet elder brotherly fashion. His reviews are very jolly, informative, a little verbose but very informative. His reviews have something different in them; something about youthful mirth that even the most youthful of MouthShut cannot procure. Enigmatic, yet sublime very often!
Ananaya Di (potatochips87): A very good friend of mine off MouthShut, Ananya?s advice and encouragement was instrumental in my continuing here on MouthShut after my 101st review? She has seen me through all the glitches I hit.
Keerti Tai (keerti_007): Sweet and amiable, Keerti Tai?s reviews and comments make me feel she?s the ?mausi? I?ve been wanting to have. What I like most about Didi is the fact that she?s always jolly and gay. She took time out to give me a few tips about future education; I can?t ever forget that. Enjoyable reviews, sweet comments and amiable disposition, Keerti Tai has a superb presence on MouthShut.
Scarface/Pujari/Harry Potter (Nikamma1112): Who doesn?t like his reviews? With a chatty style and a sharp sense of humour that keeps knocking my head off, Raj is indeed MouthShut.com?s own heart-break-kid! A good friend of mine off MS as well and an arguably avid reader of mine, he?s Monsieur Superba Lelvin!
Rahul Da (rahulbhiwadi1): Since we are both doing all we can for a place in one of the IIT?s, you can call ours the bond between fellow sufferers! His reviews sound like the advice friends give among themselves or how they share information making him another interesting fellow to read. A regular reader of mine as well, Rahul is another amiable chap!
Pranavi Di (pranavi): It is not often that someone can impress me with a single review and Pranavi here did just that! After reading her piece on handling acne and pimples, I was compelled to set an alert for her next reviews! With brief, jolly and cute reviews, this keen reader of mine is a pleasure to read herself!
Ena (bewafa): Amiable, warm, eager and endearing, Ena has been reading most of my reviews since she?s been around. Probably with her class 12 beginning, she hasn?t had the time to come online, which is a pity; I wanted her to read this one in particular. Conversational style, simplicity yet soundness (particularly about movies!) are her qualities in reviewing.
Meleahk1: She is a person I can never forget, and I respect her a great deal. I am not a particularly keen reader of her reviews, though I am trying to change that, but yet she does drop in and read my reviews as far as possible. Very warm and loving, her reviews are also enjoyable reads. Do read her reviews to know more!
Aradhana Didi (aradhanverma2000): Didi?s review on India-General struck me as very influencing. I must have gone through it a number of times. She is another writer who impressed me deeply with a single review, and hers on India was the winner. Read her reviews for a very nicely done analysis. And to know her really pleasant and sweet side, read her latest on choosing gifts for a husband. Yes sir, she?s on my trust list!
Diver, Manoj, Farookh, Munir, Mukund and Sainath (diver, manoj101, mbfarookh, parikhmunir, psmukund): Very regular readers of mine, these gentleman are very kind to leave a comment on every review they read. Diver?s purposeful attitude, Manoj?s brotherly appreciation, Farookh?s uncannily similar perceptions, Munir?s well researched comments and reviews, Mukunds witty cracks and Sai? unpardoning honesty?these are their commendable qualities. Every single review of theirs is a pleasure to read without a doubt!
There is a very important part of the review in the first few comments as well. I beg your pardon for the inconvenience, but please do take a look?
