Do not hire them ever!! Had a terrible experience with them. I had used their moving packing and storage facilities for 1.5 years during the pandemic. I had so many issues during this entire time, which was super stressful.
During packing, they didn’t bring enough packing material. Then the labour spat paan all over my bathroom floor - YUCK!!
While unloading, the labour just wasn’t interested in working. All they were worried about was the TIP they will get!!
There was a small payment of 2k pending (this is after I had given them 2L over a period of 1.5 years). The delivery guy said that he won’t move my stuff into the house till I make the payment!! I told him that I’m doing that over google pay - but he was blackmailing me over the small payment.
Overall, extremely bad experience and they aren’t customer focused at all! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND!
