Movie2u don’t approch at all.I ordered 20 dvds from them and it turned in an horrific ordeal, no deal at all.I find them very unprofessional, deceiving and insulting.With correspondence the blame was always put onto me.On 20 dvds they pledged to deliver within 6 days and a charge of only $6.70 for shipping, as usual when someone offers you something that’s to good to true, then by God it’s going to turn out not true.Well a week later, after placing order, I got a message saying that of the 20 dvds 15 are out of stock.
What a shocker, I could’nt believe that someone could try and insult my intelligence like this.They then offered me ’about 5 titles as substitutes, to which I agreed.However what about the other 10 and my money, they offered the value of the 10 dvds on my next order, saying their system can’t handle refunds.What a cheek, uncultured, uncivilized, no ethics at all.I figured I don’t want anymore of their insults and certainly I want nothing to do them anymore.I contacted my credit card company, fortunately they refunded me the full amount.
The lesson to learn here is that I could read between the lines and the person I was dealing must’ve had a field day thinking his outfoxing me, however they do catch honest and believing people like this.So movie2u don’t even look at it. Lastly may I say that I did’nt know what to with this transaction, but was’nt going to give up.As I said before I deal mostly with the extremely trustworthy site called Django’s.com and I contacted them on what to do.Since they know me their customer department was very helpfull and told me how to retrieve my money.Good on you Django’s.com, with them it’s a done deal and very sweet indeed movie2u don’t even look at their site.
