I just joined this service and this is just my first impression.I will come back with more feed back after using the service for few months.But looking at the positive reviews from other members and few of my friends I am sure I won’t be complaining.
1.To start with the price is great.I paid Rs 999 for six months unlimited movies.I am a movie buff and need a movie everyday.For some reason they close on Tuesday but they have promissed me they will give two movies on Monday.
2.Collection-fairly good.
3.Quality-DVD quality is good.I am surprised being a library how they are able to keep the DVDs quality so prestine.
4.Service-Their field staff is courteous and efficient.They some how manage to make new titles available in a day or two.They deliver without fail and some time if I am not at home they call and accomodate if they have to wait sometime or come back later.The customer care staff is also very co operative.
5.Website-Its slow and search sucks sometimes, but I call most of the time and hey at this price and a movie a day...No complaints
