It seems like a very attractive package to just go online and order a movie and get it delivered to your place the very same day or the next (as per their claim), plus it is backed up by pretty awesome collection displayed on the website. But in reality, there is a big flaw in the system. Since they allow you to keep the movie for quite a long time, there is very less circulation of the DVD’s. I put up approx 6 titles in my wishlist and never received any for more than a month, after which I cancelled my subscription.
And luckily I had opted for cash on delivery for the subscription fee of Rs.5000, else I would have been stuck asking them for refunds. And that is not all. Even the much appreciated services mentioned here were not as good for me. My account was automatically given up for cancellation after I registered here, without any such request from my side. The movies that I had requested at the time of the registration did not reach me for a whole month. The website is pretty sub-standard as well as many of the account revival options did not work at the time I was using it.
So please think wisely before subscribing with them and if you do, be ready with a list of more than 10 movies or so every time you want to watch a movie, and which they will deliver to you as per the availability, which can be in a day, or a week, or even a month.
