I have been MovieMart member for the last six months.Following are my comments. 1.Website design -could be better 2.Search facility-Requires lot of improvement. 3.Collection-Great 4.Customer Service-Here they score more than full marks.
I live in Noida, Last Sunday was my holiday after many weeks and I had ordered one movie from them.The movie didn’t work on my player and I sent them an email showing my anger and disappointment with their service.In next ten minutes not only I got the reply also a call from one of their customer service guy.In next one hour I had the replacement of movie but one extra movie over and above my plan, just in case.Next day I again got a call from MovieMart that the movie I was complaining about was alright and probably my DVD players lens require cleaning.They sent me a lens cleaner CD.
I think all the companies in customer service industry need to learn from this company and I personally believe if they maintain this level of customer service, its a big company in making in India.
