The palace is just for those who want to save money and does not care about the picture and sound quality.
It has small hall with very small screen which is not very clear even I can say of worst quality screen, pixels were are teared and were seen each pixel easily.
The sound quality too was very much bad and it seems we are sitting in box amd watching tv.
Yes offcourse it can is very less expensive.
