Hello friends I am Ricky , I want to share my hood and bad experience of using mPokket application.
mPokket application is a loan provider application which provides loan to college students and job holders as well. It takes interest of 10% in return. Before it gives you the loan it takes some basic information and KYC approval . Once the KYC got approved ti starts to give you loan . First it gives ₹; 500 after then the loan amount increases with your activities. Overall its a good application having an excellent concept.
But there are some issues it needs to improve like customer care service team doesn’t solv problems and quarry .
It shows your profile is duplicate after changing the device. And does not approve your profile. And in the application there’s no such thing to resolve this problem .
