Today I am sharing my experience about Mpow Cheetah Bluetooth 4.1 Wireless Headphones.I have ordered for wireless headphone on 12.1.2016 for Rs. 2490/ from snapdeal. I have just got in 5 days after ordarring this.
They have sent a mono output headphone with poor quality sound and I have got the same headphone from Mitashi with FM three years back for Rs. 800. there build quality is also poor . it is autometecally dis connect from my phone . improvement need.
The headphone they have sent is of no use to me. I have called the customer care regarding this and the executive answered me politely but could not understand the term mono and stereo and he has insisted me to wait for a day for the technician’s demo at my place.
I want the refund of this product .to buy aa authontecic compent headphone
The service engineer visited my place and he has accepted that the product is of mono output only and I have to call the customer care executive because they have given that he has to give demo for me for that wireless headphone.
. there button is very cheaper .and the wire of buds is not a gratee deal . this product is not a value for money . I am never recommended to buy this guys because I was facing many problem by this.
