Supremely Entertaining!

If you wish to know how a man residing in Mumbai battles all odds to give a good life to over ten adopted children, and eventually have the lady-love swoon for him with the help of an imaginary gadget that can make the wearer "invisible", this one can teach you a lot, and give a fresh dose of life-giving humour at the same time. Anil Kapoor, Sri Devi, Anu Kapur, and of course, ’Mogambo’ Amrish Puri, all essay their roles with utmost flair and finesse. The kids are an added bonus, and they have acted very well, too, including Aftab Shivdasani in his early acting stint. The movie is fast-paced, gives a heartbreak or two, but manages to keep you hooked. It may not be the kind of movie you won’t forget, but this one stays with you for long enough for you to enjoy and live the experience. Ghar! Ghar ke aage aur kuchh ho naa ho, iske aage sab fail hai. A villanous, over-ambitious, evil-man with sinister plans is an institution in acting and convincing skills, as the late actor does his job exemplarily and in an in-your-face, sadistic style. Just try to understand the psychology and sociology of the times when this was made, and shot very effectively in erstwhile Bombay. No reason to miss this.
