So, Mr.Right gives you a good feel by connecting with their so called professionals easily but thats a trap.YES.THATS A TRAP.
Their professionals are so unprofessional.that they will cheat you and you wont even get to know about it.
I called them for repairing my AC on a sunday.guy came.said.AC does not has gas.and capacitor is also not working.so he filled gas and changed the capacitor.I paid him 1200 for gas top up and capacitor charges.
just after 3 days.again ac was not doing the cooling.i again called a person with mr, right app.that guy came and said that ur ac needs gas.
I was shocked and told him that on sunday only gas top up has been done.he said who came.i told him some guy meghraj.she said.meghraj is just an electrician he does not know anything.
please not this guy is also from mr.right who said meghraj is just an electrician.
since I wanted my ac to work properly.i told him to refll the gas.i will speak to company for refund.
he refilled the gas.stayed there for somethime and said ac will start working in sometime.if not jst let me know by evening.
since ac was not working properly.i called him and said the same.he said ac’s motor needs to be changed.i said are you mad or what.and why you did not told me this in morning.so he said .if u are not satisfied.i will come and refund your money.i said ok come then.
he said sir dekhlo kitna refund loge.and started negotiating.then I put a complaint to company.and they reverted that so called professional will come and check ur ac again.i told them that out of ur pros.one of them lied to me for ac refilling and I need refund of that.
and from last 3 days.nobody from company contacted me.i paid twice for gas refilling.only technicians are calling me and begging me to reverse the complaint.this is what mr.right is.nobody from company is intervening in the issue even after direct tweets to senior management.
bunch of unprofessionals and fraud people.
never ever take their service.
