I recently had the unfortunate experience of spending a day at Mrugvani Resort with my children, and I must say it was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. The resort, which promised a deluxe room and a pleasant stay, turned out to be far from what was advertised.
First and foremost, the cleanliness of the resort was utterly disappointing. Upon entering the deluxe room, we were greeted by unwelcome guests in the form of lizards and cockroaches. It was truly unsettling and made it impossible for us to feel comfortable during our stay. Additionally, the sight of these pests roaming around on the breakfast buffet table was absolutely appalling. It was clear that proper hygiene standards were not being maintained.
Furthermore, the state of the swimming pool added to our dismay. It was far from being clean and inviting. Instead, it looked neglected and unattended. This was certainly not what we expected from a supposedly reputable resort.
To make matters worse, after checking out, I retrieved my car from the valley only to discover that my tail light had been broken. This was highly distressing and left me questioning the security and safety measures in place at the resort.
Although I must acknowledge that the staff members were well behaved and polite, it does not compensate for the overall lack of quality and cleanliness. The experience fell far short of a three-star rating, and I would strongly caution against anyone considering a visit to this resort.
It is disheartening to realize that the online reviews, which I trusted, turned out to be nothing but a scam. I deeply regret falling for their misleading claims and urge others not to make the same mistake. Visiting this resort would be akin to subjecting oneself to torture and wasting hard-earned money.
In conclusion, my stay at Mrugvani Resort was an absolute disaster. The presence of lizards and cockroaches in the room and on the breakfast buffet, along with the poorly maintained swimming pool, and the damage to my car’s tail light, left me with a disgusting experience that I would not wish upon anyone. Stay away from this resort and explore other options that value cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and honesty.
