I dont know why mtnl has started this service..they dnt seem serious about it at all.
I purchased an mtnl sim and firstly it got activated very late ..(in 1 week) and when it got activated I could not send or recieve messeges..
i called the customer service only to find out it was really pathetic...the executives seem so tired..and they dont undertand what you are saying and ull not undersatnd what they are saying..
call them again and again but the same thing. They even forget that theyve put someone on hold and carry on gossiping..which will be audible to you..
after a few days my sims registration failed and again I called the customer service and the response was worse than before they dnt even knw what the problem is and how it can be solved.. absolutely uneducated and idiot executives.
I even mailed the nodal officers but no response I called them and no response finally changed my number.
