Mtnl is the worst telecom services I have ever used . Hardly they have any good thing in them. They have the worst signal strength in my area. Even not enough to connect the call or receives the msgs. And the worst customer service ever to whom I have talked.
They don’t like professional, they talk like they are sleeping while talking and every time you call them regarding your problem, they hardly give you solution for it. And what to say about their internet, I am not even able to open the google page properly.
only one think is ok I them is that, their plan price which is normal, which everyone can afford.
but I recommend you to not try them
