India’s old and under government organisation is MTNL. Mtnl provides it’s service in Mumbai and New Delhi only. It gives 3G Jadoo 2G service in both Mahanagar. In 2008 , ICTA Complaints MTNL name Mahanagar Telecom nigam limited is not appropriate as its coverage. It doesn’t provides service in rest two biggest mahanagar Kolkata and Chennai , Where BSNL works. Though Company declines to give answer. It is the first who opens 3G at 2007 . But the coverage in Mumbai and New Delhi is worst and tarrifs are very costly. Service is worst and not reliable. No 4G spectrum in hand and have a great loss. Nowadays company have only 46, 000 customers allover India and MMTL region.
