Mtnl is best among all 3g providers, coz mtnl is the only 3G provider that gives you **200GB of data at true 3g speeds only @ 1650**I am using this from the past 2 years. It has some problems though, but we can neglect them.
Mtnl network is not good at all in my area, specially indoors, but I have managed to solve this problem by purchasing **D-links DWR-113 3g router**.I put the mtnl 3g stick in my dlink router and placed it on 1st floor, where the network is good and gives me the maximum speeds up to 350 KBps(not kbps) or 2.8 mbps.
and this dlink router auto redials if network drops.(on mtnl network, net disconnects after every 2 GB usage, it solves your redial problem) you can get this router from flipkart or amazon.its works awesome with mtnl teracom datacard
If you want to try mtnl 3g, just buy a mtnl sim. and there is a on day 3g plan of 20rs for 250 MB.try it if it works for you then you can buy there unlimited plan.:)

pros:
*data plans are good
*there is a true UNLIMITED plan
*speeds are awesome
cons:
*bad customer care executives. I think they hired aunties and uncles as there CCE.
*network is not reliable enough, some times it doesn’t work at all
