As the title suggest it is actually the worst. Wherever you go you don’t get network. So if there is no network you can’t use internet. Even if there is network, internet is still not guaranteed whether it will work or not. The internet/top-up plans used to be cheap, but now that other operators have brought cheaper plans to the market there is no reason to buy mtnl unless you want government mobile operator. As every operator does; they too spam alot. Though customer service is good enough.
There are no pros.
Cons-
