We had been using mtnl since a while, but been frustrated by it all that time. the worst thing ever besides not having internet- is slow internet.
mtnl is slow in every way, Their internet plans were horrible, and would get me a maximum of 100 kbps download speed, that to with limited data at the price of 1200 rs a month. thats a baaad plan.
when you have anyissue and try to call them they will take forever to answer, and lets say they somehow do pick up the call you are stuck with old people talking in marathi, who do not understand you, and your issues. how do you expect to be helped?
