MTNL broadband is waste of money.
I used it for 2 months. Iam unable to use it more than that.
After 2 days internet disconnected, I tried everything to fix the connection, but nothing worked.
I called support they said that their executive will visit my home in 2 hours.
But no one came for 3 days. I called them again, they said sorry, we will fix it today. But no one contacted me.
Then I contacted some technician to get my brodband repaired, he fixed it by charging me ₹250. But this should be done by MTNL for free of cost.
It worked fine for 2 months and again it stopped working.
Again contacted MTNL but no proper response.
So I supposed to change my brodband with another brodband service provider.
Net speed also not so good
