Worst service provider ever. I am using 1mbps connection, however, I never received 1Mbps speed. Worst part of MTNL is customer service. Many times I chased customer service to get my connection fixed. Every time you call them they would send line man but they never fix their servers. Most of the time I end up emailing general managers of zone, resulting which MTNL works for 2-3 days. But after 2-3 they get back on track of providing bad service. I am really upset with MTNL broadband service and also forced to use their service as I don’t have any other service provider in my area.
Common problems with MTNL broadband service is unstable ADSL, unstable ping.
