Ive been using mtnl for past 2 years and I had a combo plan. They change my plans whenever they feel like and without prior informing. Also the plan which I use now is supposed to give me a 2 mbps speed but I can’t even manage to get speed of 512 kbps.
Also frequent disconnections are observed and Ive tried to get the entire wiring done again. It works fine after 12:00 a.m but during the day and afternoon it is horrible. Being on mtnl and expecting 2 mbps is a myth. The customer care people would pick up the call and keep receiver aside which would get anyone frenzy.
