It has been quite long since we are using MTNL landline phones. The only reason we are using it still is that it is a residential proof that is recognised by govt. After installation, everything will be fine until your phone or line faces problems..once started, the problem becomes "a lifetime " one. If your phone box stops working..i’ll advice you to buy a new one rather than waiting for the replacement.they are always out of stock. The repairmen curses the company and the company blames the repairmen.
Also, they are so rude that they start blaming you for the problem .they speak as if they have done a big big favour for us .all employees are deaf.it has been around 2 months and still our phone isn’t working.we have registered more than 1000 complaints but all in vain.same is the case for its broadband service.the company loves people crying.
I think they will come only if a special invitation is been sent to then on a printed card. Oh no ..wait! I am still not sure !!! Even a tortoise is more active then these idiots.shameless people!!!
