MTNL, India's most worst Internet Service provider

As all aware, Goverment has setup best equipments and sarver for good internet speed. But the wold worst management and customer executive appointed. I do not know, you have an experience or not? but I have very bad experience with MTNL Customer Service Department. If you face any problem and bymistake you call at Online Customer Service No.1504, first of all, it is not so easy to get the line, unfortunetly you get the line, customer service executive will take at least 3 to 4 minutes to come on line. After that the language they use "oh my god". Most of the executive are un-educated and do not have knowledge of computer. Recently on 6.4.2009, since morning I am trying to call at 1504, but I get the line on 1.15pm, there I talk with Ms.Priti, when I told her about this, she directly told me, you go the telephone exchange and fill the form your Triband connection will disconnect.


I surprise to hear that they do not need customers, because they are getting full payment at the end of the month. Ms.Priti I would like to inform you because you do not know, today is very huge competition in the market and MTNL is already in LOSS, if you suggest all customers to disconnect the line, then how will you get the monthly payment. During my discussion with you, I found you are un-educated & hope you got this job only on recommendence letter or backward class kota. But other side you will never get any dicent job. Hope you will understand and I suggest to MTNL management to take necessary action against all these type of people who spoiling MTNL’s name, because most of the people avoiding MTNL because of these type of services.
