I have been using MTNL Triband from 2006. Started out with 256 Kbps Night Unlimited and now using Rs. 999/- 1.13 Mbps unlimited connection since 2009. I have used other ISP before like sify, hathway and some local ISP but no one compared to MTNL. Firstly there is hardly any disconnections as compared to other ISP second the speed is constant as I have seen in other ISP where if downloading something the speed fluctuates and third and most important price is reasonable. Right now I am paying Rs 999 for a 1.13 Mbps (for people like myself who do a lot of downloads) connection which I could not find in any other ISP.
If there is a server issue (WHICH IS HARDLY) it gets resolved very fast as compared for days like in sify where I was disconnected they blamed it on the server took a week to resolve but still charged me. The one and only bad thing is there customer support who are not well trained but that wont be a problem as I have hardly made any calls to them.
