Hey guys,
I am in a real fix. I just got this NU plan from Mtnl 3 months back. it was working fine but since last week I m having issues with the speed. The ADSL speed promised 256 Kbps is now even lesser then dial up speed. My download speed which was between 22-26 Kbps is now just 5-8 Kbps. I called up at 1504 that idiot took me to the modem page, god knows what he checked, and then said he will give my number to the server room and said I will recieve a call back the very next day. Since then I have called them 8-10 times and I get the same answer that this time I will definately get a callback. I really dont know who to speak with in this matter. Did anyone of you guys faced this kind of issue. Can someone PLEASE tell me what is to be done...
