I booked a phone on 8th nov. after pursuation, I could get the phone installed on 16 nov but Triband is still not given even after 20 days.
when contacted mtnl, saki vihar exchange I face the following :
28570111 customer care no. is hardly attended. when attended only status is given
when try contactng senior officers, no one is available on phone
when tried regsitering complaint online (https://web1.mtnl.net.in/cgi-bin/complaints/complain.cgi), nothing happens
when try calling up 1500 service, no one provides solution. they give you few phone no. which no one picks up
MTNL is not focussing on providing solution. they are only creating a network of service which does not deliver
so next time, if you want to go for cheap MTNL services, pl. don’t be under the impression that MTNL has changed due to competition. No MTNL has not and MTNL can not ............ with the kind of employees and attitude they have
